Come join the most delicious, step by step nutrition plan out there. Our menu provides options for all taste buds and includes easy to follow recipes. 

 

We will have a weekly check in for extra accountability and Q&A for the support you need. Tools and trackers are provided for your success!

RULES OF THE CHALLENGE

  • $10 from each participant will be placed in a pot, the person who loses the highest % of body fat WINS!
     

  • Weekly weigh-ins in the form of a private submitted picture of your scale is required to win pot
     

  • Coach will track weekly weigh-ins, should you gain, 1$ per pound will be collected at the end and added to the pot
     

  • Before & After photos required to win pot

This 5 week educational course will help you understand what the food you're eating is actually doing for or to your body. We'll talk protein, carbohydrates, fats, water, and how proper planning can be easier than you might think!

This course focuses on one to two changes per week.  With this method there's no overwhelming pressure, creating healthy habits that last a lifetime!
