This 90 minute workshop will provide you with the tools and guidance to increase your mobility, stability, strength and balance while relieving tension related to pain.
BONUS: Our Certified Nutritionist will provide a done for you meal plan with recipes!
We will show you how consistency, commitment and just 45 minutes a day, a few days a week will increase your range of motion, free up space in your body, build strength and stability and keep you feeling young longer.
The FREE & FIT Program combines Yamuna®, Yoga and Functional Fitness for an overall fitness program for total body sustainability.
As we age, we feel more aches and pains that can slow us down. Once we slow down it’s difficult to keep doing the things we love. The purpose of this Fit & Free Lifestyle Program is to remove physical restrictions in your body and build strength so that your body functions optimally.
Keeping our bodies functioning at their highest capacity is VITAL for a quality of life that keeps us ACTIVE and FEELING YOUNG.
This is an ALL LEVELS class. Please bring a yoga mat and wear exercise clothing. All tools will be provided to you and available for purchase should you choose to join the fun!
